Aspiring musicians
need a hero

You’ve always known you have more to give.

Become an Artist Ambassador and help us reach 1 million music students by 2023.

Why do aspiring musicians need a hero?

Millions of children cannot access the benefits of music education in the United States alone.

  • Private music instruction is too expensive for many families.

  • Over 2.1 million children do not have access to free K-12 music programs at all, and millions more are affected by inadequate instructional resources and technology. Learn more.

  • K-12 programs primarily teach classical music, which is only 0.8% of the music consumed, so children who do not listen to that genre are less likely to enroll. View statistic.

  • Historically marginalized children are most affected.

That’s why Practicing Musician, a revolutionary music education platform, will be free forever.

We fund our free, personalized, and relevant music education materials via our unique “Shop With a Purpose” model.
Our super secret (shhhh!! don’t tell anyone!!!) plan has three phases. By becoming an Artist Ambassador, you will help us:

    Phase 1

Provide our online concert band and strings methods to an increasing number of K-12 students for free.

    Phase 2

Build more free tools to personalize every student’s learning.

    Phase 3

Create methods in culturally relevant genres such as hip-hop, rock, pop, and Latin, so we can reach children who aren’t interested in classical music.

    Free. Personalized. Relevant.

    It’s hard to know

    how to give back.

With your busy recording, promotion, and touring schedule, it can be hard to find a way to fill that deep desire you have to support your music community. Every day that passes is another lost opportunity to bring music to the next generation of young musicians.

Practicing Musician is the simple way for you to support music education.

    Sustainably.

When you become a Practicing Musician Artist Ambassador, you will help fund free music education for kids, forever. 100% of the profit from our “Shop with a Purpose” model is invested in developing innovative technology and enhancing our free methods. Plus you can:

    • Give back to aspiring young musicians worldwide.
