As a teacher and educator, I possess a unique background having studied music, psychology, neuroscience, and yoga. This synergistic education has provided a well-rounded and experiential understanding of how humans acquire and integrate knowledge. In terms of my personal musical journey, I started playing flute at age 4, moved to piano, then to alto saxophone before finding my passion in drums and percussion.
